We are now looking for a talented Content Creator with a passion for social media, design, and on-camera content to help elevate our digital presence on social media, create compelling content, and help us build a thriving community around the Bluewater brand.

Founded in 2013, Bluewater was born out of a mission to eliminate the need for single-use plastic bottles by harnessing planet-friendly technology. Today, Bluewater’s water purification solutions serve homes, businesses, and leisure activities, bringing clean, great-tasting water to tens of thousands of consumers and companies worldwide, including in regions such as North America, Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.

In this role you will join our global marketing team, a talented group of six marketing professionals, handling everything in-house with creativity and passion. Our culture thrives on open communication, a collaborative, no-ego approach, and a powerful drive to keep moving forward. As we shift our focus to building an even stronger brand presence, we’re now looking for a Content Creator to enhance our social media presence, build an engaged community, and drive top-of-the-funnel marketing efforts.

What You’ll Do:

• Produce engaging high-quality videos and other multimedia content for our social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, and X and plan, schedule, and post content, ensuring a consistent presence across platforms.
• Confidently present and create engaging content in front of the camera, while inspiring others to participate.
• Design visually appealing and brand-consistent graphics, videos, and other materials.
• Develop strategies to build and grow a passionate, active and engaged community around the Bluewater brand.
• Interact with followers, respond to comments, and foster meaningful conversations.
• Track and analyze performance to refine strategies, report on key metrics and tweak strategies to hit our goals.

Who We Think You Are:

• You’ve got experience as a Content Creator and a strong portfolio that showcases your previous work.
• You have Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• You have a confident on-camera presence and the ability to create engaging video content.
• You have strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, particularly TikTok, YouTube, Meta, and X.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
