What you’ll do
As our Junior Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in our Sales Team, managing the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, while working closely with Key Account Managers. Your primary focus will be on B2C, but you’ll also have the chance to learn and contribute to our B2B efforts. While sales is at the core of this role, you’ll also collaborate with Marketing to turn insights into business opportunities, represent Bluewater at industry events, and contribute to our customer relationship management—making this role both dynamic and exciting!
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, primarily in the B2C market.
- Independently lead meetings and build strong customer relationships.
- Represent Bluewater at trade shows, events, and client meetings.
- Build and nurture customer relationships to ensure our solutions are a perfect fit for their needs.
- Analyze sales data to uncover growth opportunities and refine your own, as well as our, sales tactics.
- Report on performance and contribute insights to guide future strategies.
Who we think you are:
- You have a degree in business, sales, marketing or related field.
- You have proven experience in direct sales with a strong record of converting leads into customers.
- You communicate fluently in Swedish and English; additional languages are a plus.
